Cancellations & Refund Policy
7+ Day Booking Cancellations
Portman House Pty Limited will refund any prepaid amounts as per the following schedule, cancellation fees may apply:
- Over 30 days before arrival - full refund
- 8 - 30 days before arrival - full refund (less $20 administration fee)
- 0 - 7 days before arrival - 50% refund (plus $20 administration fee)
1 - 7 Day Booking Cancellations

- 0 - 7 days before arrival - 50% refund (plus $20 administration fee)
Cancellation by Portman House Pty Limited
Portman House Pty Limited reserves the right to cancel any booking before or during your stay. Should this occur, Portman House Pty Limited will either provide a full refund for the remainder of your stay, or move you to an alternative apartment of a similar standard. If damages occur and/or the terms and conditions are breached, then the guest may be asked to leave. In this case, no refund will be provided and damage charges will be levied.
