Please read the following terms and conditions before choosing to rent a serviced apartment from Portman House.
Bookings and rates
The rates listed are subject to change at anytime. The rental rate varies depending on how long you are staying. Rates are reduced for longer stays. For bookings at Christmas, New Year and during the Scone Horse Festival [2008 dates: 2 May 2008 to 25 May 2008], there is a minimum 3 night stay between 19 to 25 May 2008. The Christmas and New Year rates are not listed on the website, please send your inquiry to us, and our booking consultants will respond with the availability details and rates. All quoted tariffs include 10% GST
To book an apartment please phone Portman House on +612 6545 9726 or with your details and requirements. Bookings are confirmed following receipt of your rental payment. Accommodation is paid for in advance. For stays of up to 1 month, the amount payable is due in full. For stays longer than 1 month, payments can be made in monthly instalments.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card [Visa, Mastercard and American Express] and by direct bank deposit.
Payments by cash also need to leave credit card details or to pay a bond of $500 for security, and meet a 100 point ID check.
Arrival / Departure
Your Guest Manager will meet you at the property with the keys within working hours unless other arrangements have been organised. Please +612 6545 9726 a few days before your arrival to make arrangements for the key collection.
Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am unless alternative arrangements have been made with your Guest Manager. For very early arrivals, we suggest booking from the night before to secure an early check-in.
