Please read the following terms and conditions before choosing to rent a serviced apartment from Portman House.
Bookings and rates
The rates listed are subject to change at anytime. The rental rate varies depending on how long you are staying. Rates are reduced for longer stays. For bookings during the Scone Horse Cup week [2011 dates: 13 May 2010 to 14 May 2011], there is a minimum 3 night booking requirement. All quoted tariffs include 10% GST

Bookings are confirmed following receipt of your credit card details. If paying by direct debit, cash or cheque we require a 30% deposit which is refundable according to our cancellations and refund policy. For stays longer than 1 month we can organise an account for you once we verify your credit references.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, Visa, Mastercard and American Express [Amex has a 3% surcharge] and by direct bank deposit, cash or cheque. If paying by cash you will also need to supply us with your credit card details or pay a bond of $500 for security, and meet a 100 point ID check.
Arrival / Departure
Your Guest Manager will meet you at the property with the keys within working hours unless other arrangements have been organised. Please +612 6545 9726 a few days before your arrival to make arrangements for the key collection.
Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am unless alternative arrangements have been made with your Guest Manager. For very early arrivals, we suggest booking from the night before to secure an early check-in.
